Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website. Our client services are governed by the written scope we agree with you.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing titlewright.com (the “Site”), operated by TITLEWRIGHT LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“TITLEWRIGHT”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we are, and what we are not
TITLEWRIGHT is an intellectual property consulting and administrative services company. We are not a law firm, and nothing on the Site or in our communications is legal advice. We do not give legal opinions on infringement, fair use, validity, patentability or registrability. Using the Site, contacting us or receiving a consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship, and we treat client information as confidential as described in our Privacy Policy, but communications with TITLEWRIGHT are not protected by attorney–client privilege. Where a matter requires a licensed attorney (for example, trademark filings for foreign-domiciled applicants or legal responses) or a registered patent practitioner, we will tell you. See also our Disclaimer.
3. Our services
The Site describes services such as trademark, copyright and patent registration support, IP holding administration, DMCA and infringement complaints, counter-notifications, legal notices, infringing-content removal and IP consultation. Our first consultation is free and informational only. The scope, timing and fees for anything beyond it (such as written plans, filings or notices) are confirmed with you in writing before work begins. Official government or platform fees are separate unless we state otherwise.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Decisions on applications, registrations, complaints and takedown requests are made by intellectual property offices, courts, platforms and other third parties, not by us. We cannot guarantee that an application will be registered, that content will be removed or restored, or that any dispute will be resolved in your favor, nor can we guarantee timelines.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us promptly if it changes.
- Only ask us to act on rights that you own or are authorized to enforce.
- Understand that statements in DMCA notices, counter-notifications and similar documents are often made under penalty of perjury and that knowingly false statements can carry legal liability. You are responsible for the truth of the facts you give us.
- Do not use the Site or our services for unlawful purposes, or to harass others or suppress lawful content.
6. Intellectual property in the Site
The Site’s text, graphics, illustrations, layout and logo are owned by or licensed to TITLEWRIGHT LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. TITLEWRIGHT and its logo may be trademarks of TITLEWRIGHT LLC. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. TITLEWRIGHT is independent of, and not affiliated with or endorsed by, Google, YouTube, Meta, Telegram or any other platform mentioned.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Laws and procedures change, so information on the Site may be out of date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TITLEWRIGHT and its members, managers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. For services we provide under a written engagement, our liability is limited as set out in that engagement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for disputes arising from your use of the Site, except where the law of your country gives you non-waivable rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
